PL31 – Postscript – 30th September 2003.

Posted by LoveNotWar on September 30, 2003

I always do this don’t I? Another postscript as I thought would happen.

Please bear in mind that any and all of the apartments that I detail are at asking price and offers are acceptable – in fact some of them are worth having but only at a lesser price. Once we get into the nitty gritty I have a good feel now for which we can offer low on and will advise where I can. But ultimately you will decide what to offer and what you are prepared to pay. PL31 – 30th September 2003.

Posted by LoveNotWar on September 30, 2003

Dear All,

I am so busy that I only have the time to list some apartments that I have seen. I am seeing more tonight so if there are any that are really good I will send out a ‘postscript’ within a day – but I can’t wait – must get this lot off.

Firstly, in P.L.30 I described an apartment which I called ‘Bas Californie.’ Friends in U.K. were very interested, and flew over here to look at it, and another very different apartment. PL30 – Postscript – 17th September 2003.

Posted by LoveNotWar on September 17, 2003

Dear All,

Sorry to do this to you – two in two days. This one will be very short.
To recap last nights e-mail, I was a bit stressed for time but wanted to get the information out to you. A couple of points:
i) We have since put the four apartments on paper and whereas three of them work financially, Villa Lerins at that price does not. The flat is great, but it would need to come in very much better priced.
ii) Especially for those of you who are unfamiliar with the way we work, as soon as you express an interest in any of the properties I describe, I send you much more information including a financial analysis specific to that apartment, with our income projections, and extra costs such as transfer taxes, notary fees, repairs and furnishing where applicable, and the rest. So you get the whole picture, and decide at what figure you wish to make an offer. We take it from there. Read the rest of this entry »

PL30 16th September 2003.

Posted by LoveNotWar on September 16, 2003

Dear All,

Vicky and I have been in Cannes a week and it was not my intention to write to you just yet. I wanted to see a few more apartments and write a fuller letter at the weekend.

Since our arrival we HAVE NOT STOPPED.

Many apartments seen, but we have selected four as very good propositions, and the reason for this early letter is that one of them will not wait. Read the rest of this entry »
